Founded in 1987 by Manuel Linares, the proudly 100% Panamanian company Bemarodi S.A. was established to deliver the highest quality of cheese products under the brand Quesos Stanza.
With a vision of technology and high quality standards, Bemarodi, S.A. was the first company in the industry to embrace innovation as a driver towards exceptional quality. Innovation that in later years other companies continue to emulate yet never quite duplicate this successful process.

Founder: Manuel Linares
Manuel Linares, graduated from the University of Arizona as an engineer specializing in Geology. However, after returning from his studies to Panama he began the first tests in the manufacture of artisan-type spun pasta with his grandfather, Frank Linares. The idea of creating Alimentos Bemarodi, S.A. was born, and a passion for food production and social welfare has driven the company ever since. Constant growth has highlighted the past three decades and Manuel continues to look for ways to innovate and elevate the industry.
